Tax Strategy

SpaMedica’s Tax Strategy sets out our company’s policy and approach to conducting our UK tax affairs and includes details of:

• Relevant legislation
• How our business manages UK task risk
• Our attitude to tax planning
• The level of risk our business is prepared to accept for UK taxation
• How our business works with HMRC
• Any other relevant information relating to taxation

It is effective for the year ended 31 December 2022 and will remain effective until any amendments are approved by SpaMedica’s Board of Directors. The Strategy will be formally reviewed, approved, and re-published on at least an annual basis.
