SpaMedica medicines formulary is a list of medicines that have been approved for use within SpaMedica. The aim of this formulary is to promote the safe, effective, and appropriate prescribing of medicines for our patients. Decisions on the formulary list are driven by an evidence-based approach in line with NICE and Royal College of Ophthalmology guidance. The formulary is reviewed regularly by our Medicines Management Committee members with a focus on optimising medicines management and monitoring medication safety whilst improving patient care.
