1. Introduction
1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to the SpaMedica Giveaway “Cataract Awareness Month 2024 Giveaway”.
1.2. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of United Kingdom who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of SpaMedica, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
3.1. The Giveaway begins on Friday 28th June 2024 and ends on Friday 5th July 2024 at 17:00PM (GMT)
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions set out within the company’s social media post(s).
4.2. Multiple entries are not allowed per person.
4.3. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on Friday 5th July 2024.
5.2. The winner will be notified via social media/direct message within 14 days of the drawing.
5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt to contact, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
6. Prizes
6.1. The prize for the Giveaway is an Experience Gift Voucher “Afternoon Tea for Two” with an approximate retail value of £75.00 GBP
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
6.3. SpaMedica reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. General Conditions
7.1. SpaMedica reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond SpaMedica’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
7.2. SpaMedica reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless SpaMedica, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.

10. Governing Law
10.1. The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by SpaMedica and any disputes will be subject to SpaMedica.
