As one of the UK’s leading providers of NHS Ophthalmology Services, providing cataract surgery, AMD treatments and YAG capsulotomy, we are constantly growing and are looking for individuals who can grow and develop with us.
At the event, the SpaMedica team spoke to over 200 nurses about who we are, what we do and why we do it. Truly giving the nurses an insight of what it’s like working for SpaMedica, from the 4-day week, training and development to the staff parties and bonuses. Our Manchester Hospital Manager Katie Davies, RGN Antonia Slater and Recruitment Manager Gemma Hardy did an amazing job talking to everyone who visited our stand.
Jo-Anne Ratcliffe, SpaMedica’s Chief People Officer also attended the event and stated, “I felt really proud of the great work our teams do and today really demonstrated great teamwork. So many of those who visited our stand were impressed by what they heard, and I really hope a number of them will join us at the open evening in Manchester in March.”
Our Nurses play a huge part in our patient care and supporting each individual through their patient journey. We are privileged to have some of the UK’s leading consultants working alongside our clinical teams in our state-of-the-art hospitals and our Nurses help us to achieve some of the best outcomes in the UK, along with low complications rates – helping hundreds of patients improve their vision every day.
We value each and every one of our team members for the part they play in providing a 5-star service, which truly improves our patients’ quality of life.
We are on the look-out for nurses for our eye hospitals in the North West. This includes our hospitals in Manchester, Preston, Bolton and Widnes.
If you’re interested in joining our team in any of these four locations, we’d love for you to come along and meet our nurses in our state-of-the-art hospital in Manchester, followed by a tour of the hospital and facilities.BACK TO BLOG
