Everyone knows that exercise improves overall health, however it has now been proven that by increasing the amount of exercise you do daily helps to avoid falling victim to conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure, which can put your overall health and vision at risk.

We know life gets busy and usually exercising becomes less of a priority then it should be, so we decided to do some research and found a few quick and easy exercises that you can do at home, in the gym, or if you fancy it, your office!
